As a comprehensive fiscal sponsorship platform, we offer a wide range of services to our partner organizations, including:

  • Financial management and reporting

We provide support and guidance in building and implementing a financial plan, creating and managing budgets, and supporting funder reports.

  • Compliance and legal support

We help organizations understand and eventually navigate the legal and regulatory requirements associated with nonprofit status, including tax-exemption status, incorporation, and compliance with IRS rules.

  • Grant management and administration

We provide support with grant management. This involves creating and implementing systems to ensure that grant proposals are submitted on time, grant awards are managed effectively, and grant reporting requirements are met. We will support in developing budgets, tracking grant expenses, and ensuring compliance with grant regulations.

  • Capacity building support

We offer a range of consulting services to help organizations build capacity and achieve their goals. We work with you to develop your organization’s internal capacity to achieve its mission and goals effectively and efficiently. This involves assessing an organization’s strengths and weaknesses and identifying areas where it can improve its operations and processes to better achieve its objectives.

How It Works

Our process is designed to provide customized support and guidance throughout the engagement.

It starts with a comprehensive application that helps us understand your organization and your goals.

Tailored Plan

We then work with you to create a tailored plan that meets your specific needs.

During the two-year incubation period, we provide ongoing support and guidance, including strategic planning and implementation support; financial management and reporting; compliance and legal assistance; human resources support; grant management and administration; and capacity-building support.

Towards the end of the incubation period, we work with you to set up your own independent tax-exempt organization.

  • Mission Alignment

The project should demonstrate a clear and compelling social or community impact focus that aligns with our goals and objectives.

  • Charitable Purpose

The project should have a charitable purpose and demonstrate a commitment to serving the public good. This can include addressing social issues, promoting education, advancing scientific research, or providing assistance to underserved communities.

  • Program Viability

The project should demonstrate viability and a strong potential for success. It should present a well-developed program or initiative with a clear vision and evidence of community need.

  • Collaboration and Partnership

The project should exhibit a willingness to collaborate with us and leverage the support and resources we provide. This includes active engagement in programmatic and administrative activities, as well as a commitment to building a mutually beneficial partnership.

  • Growth Potential

While not mandatory, preference may be given to projects that demonstrate potential for growth and long-term sustainability beyond the fiscal sponsorship period. This can include plans for scaling impact, expanding services, or establishing a pathway towards obtaining independent tax-exempt status.
